Rick is the founder and CEO of Invisible Edge and the author of Decisive Intuition and the co-founder of Straight Talk w/Af podcast.  He serves as a trusted advisor, mentor, and strategic partner for forward-thinking executives and companies. He has launched four businesses and combines that experience with over twenty years of studying human behavior to help create the optimal environment for his clients’ company cultures to thrive. He and his team bring a global perspective to their work. He loves travel, spending time with family and friends, and getting outdoors as much as possible.

Linda Newlin

Linda is a Master Certified Coach, author, speaker, consultant and facilitator who creates lasting change by building strategic partnerships with organizations globally to coach, challenge and train leaders and their teams to transform performance, engagement and decision making. She uses her expertise in neuroscience and human behavior change to create lasting change and high impact.  She  brings a unique breadth of expertise to her leadership coaching and development, and organizational change having been a corporate HR executive, CEO and entrepreneur working with clients worldwide.

Linda co-created the Inner Work for Leaders course while on faculty at the Hoffman Institute and is passionate about leadership sustainability. She has written several books to empower individuals and organizations to be more fully present and use the power of intuition to be more effective, productive and purposeful in their work and lives. She lives in Italy and Santa Barbara where she can be near the sea to enjoy walking, yoga and writing in beautiful places.

Denise Williams

Denise started her career over 25 years ago as an editor and project manager for IEEE Computer Society in Los Angeles, where she worked with computer scientists and engineers around the world who were developing technology we take for granted today. This work sparked her interest in international collaboration, and after leaving IEEE she spent several years traveling and working abroad. In Dublin, Ireland, she launched a music magazine and became an unexpected local celebrity. Following that she moved to Morocco, where she worked with American schools in Agadir and Casablanca to help them gain accreditation, develop curriculum, and design their websites, among myriad projects. She later served as Marketing Director for Kansas City’s largest commercial landscape company before launching her own consultancy. She has spent the last 10 years focused on supporting online business owners and authors with their operations, automation, marketing strategy, and content development.

Cameron Karri

Cameron Karri is Creative and Digital Manager at Invisible Edge, sitting in that in-between space where product, marketing and design all overlap. Cameron looks after the website and the leadership academy, designing and developing new pages and features that make the experience feel simple and useful for the people using it.

Over the past eight years, Cameron has worked across digital marketing and technical development for a range of companies and sectors. Calm by nature and happiest when solving tricky problems, Cameron enjoys turning ideas into digital experiences that actually help the business move forward.

Hema is an executive coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating complexity, change, and growth. With a career spanning 20+ years in international corporates, scale-ups, and start-ups, she brings deep insight into the cultural dynamics and pressures that leaders face at every stage of an organisation’s journey.

She led the creation of Santander’s first Future of Work Practice, equipping the workforce for emerging challenges, and has held Executive roles including Chief Workplace Officer and People & Culture Director in high-growth, venture-backed businesses. These experiences sharpened her understanding of how to lead through ambiguity, build resilient cultures, and align people strategy with business outcomes.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of coaching and facilitation, where human behaviour meets organisational strategy. She draws on behavioural science, psychometrics, and cognitive tools to help leaders shift how they think, feel, and act. She’s passionate about bringing a holistic approach to growth, integrating energy work as a Reiki practitioner.

Mark Guay

Mark Guay is a certified executive coach who helps courageous leaders align personal values with professional goals. He first entered coaching as a USA Triathlon coach where he competed with and coached on behalf of Full Throttle Endurance in New York City.  At age 24, he qualified for Team USA to compete at the Long Distance Triathlon World Championships in Perth, Australia. Since then, his talks and courses have reached over 1 million people worldwide. His previous executive clients include General Electric, Slack, Etsy, and JP Morgan. When he’s not coaching, you can often find me upside down in a handstand.

James Cruzen

James Cruzen is a respected facilitator, coach and consultant with specialized experience in group dynamics, event design, culture, and leadership development. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from UC San Diego. As a coach, he holds certification as a Performance Consultant (Talent
Dynamics) and Embodiment coach. 

James is a masterful facilitator and group leader. He is also an impactful coach. He is able to create engaging, dynamic group processes that leverage the various strengths and intelligences in the room. He holds tension in a non-threatening way and applies genuine coaching curiosity and a dash of humor to help groups unearth novel solutions to complex challenges.
