Welcome to Intuitive Innovation! Our previous courses have covered leadership and sales. Now we’re moving on to enabling you to harness your intuition so you can be as innovative as possible.
We start with where innovation comes from. How do you come up with your ideas? And how do you facilitate new and innovative thinking in your teams and departments?
As a leader, intuitive innovation needs to start with you. How do you foster an innovative culture? You’ll also learn about the emotive hierarchy of innovation and how to use it to your best advantage.
Our third module is all about the innovative mindset. We’ll talk about what diminishes innovation internally and externally. We’ll also look at how you can facilitate a growth mindset with your teams.
